We offer high speed mixer which is a compact unit with mono block construction. It is a fully automatic mixer unit, used for fabricating both rigid and plasticized PVC dry blends. The mixing impeller in it is unique which produce rapid action and fast frictional heating through principle of aerodynamic. Vertical reducer motor adopted ensures low noise & long operation hours.

Advanced Mixing Performance

This mixer combines a large 650-liter chamber with mechanical paddle agitation, providing powerful and consistent mixing for a wide range of materials, including granules, powders, and viscous compounds. The gear motor ensures uniform movement throughout the batch, supporting up to 500 kg/hr production. Designed for efficiency and reliability, its perfectly suited for continuous industrial use.


Safety and User-Friendly Operation

Safety is integral with features such as an emergency stop button, overload protection, and a secure top-hinged lid with safety lock. The intuitive touch screen interface and PLC-controlled system offer precise settings and real-time monitoring, ensuring safer and easier operation for users at every stage.
